Welcome + Setup – Get introduced to the program and learn how to set up at home with zero fancy gear.

5 Progressively Harder Workouts – Each one builds on the last to help your athlete get faster, stronger, and more confident on the field or court.
👟 No Gear Required
No gym. No expensive equipment.
Just a little space and a few household items (like tape and plastic cups).
Everything can be done in the driveway, hallway, garage, or yard.
🗓️ Simple Weekly Plan
Do each workout 3 – 4 times per week, then move on to the next one.
Each session takes about 20 minutes (about the same amount of time it would take to drive your athlete to a session with Coach Will in person).
That means you’re getting a full, pro-designed agility workout - without leaving home.

Each workout comes with a printable guide - so your athlete can follow along step-by-step, even without the video.
