We’re ready for you! Here’s what’s included in the 5-week Footwork Fundamentals program.

🎥 Video Training with Coach Will

  • Welcome + Setup – Get introduced to the program and learn how to set up at home with zero fancy gear.

  • Warm-Up Video – Follow along to safely get your body ready to move.

  • 5 Progressively Harder Workouts – Each one builds on the last to help your athlete get faster, stronger, and more confident on the field or court.

👟 No Gear Required

  • No gym. No expensive equipment.

  • Just a little space and a few household items (like tape and plastic cups).

  • Everything can be done in the driveway, hallway, garage, or yard.

🗓️ Simple Weekly Plan

  • Do each workout 3 – 4 times per week, then move on to the next one.

  • Each session takes about 20 minutes (about the same amount of time it would take to drive your athlete to a session with Coach Will in person).

  • That means you’re getting a full, pro-designed agility workout - without leaving home.

  • Each workout comes with a printable guide - so your athlete can follow along step-by-step, even without the video.

  • Coach Will kicks things off with a quick message to athletes and parents. Learn what this program is all about and how to get the most out of it.

  • Before you start, make sure you’re ready. Coach Will walks you through everything you need (and don’t need) to train at home.

  • Every great workout starts with a great warm-up. Follow along to wake up your muscles, build balance and get in the zone. You’ll start every workout with this warm-up first.

  • Let’s build the foundation! This workout focuses on balance, coordination, and control—getting you ready for everything to come.

  • Time to move faster and sharper. This workout adds side-to-side movement and challenges your footwork in new ways.

  • You’re picking up speed! This one pushes your timing, rhythm, and focus with quicker drills and more advanced footwork.

  • Now it feels like game day. Get ready for explosive moves and fast changes in direction - it’s a real test of control.

  • You made it to the toughest workout in the series. This one brings it all together to challenge your speed, coordination and endurance.
